Our private team is made up of Legal Executives (with 1-3 years’ experience) and qualified solicitors (with at least 4 years’ experience). The team is supervised by Tasneem McFaull who has over 25 years’ experience working in the Private Client and Probate sector and qualified as a solicitor in 1993.

Starting fee per application estimated:
850 + VAT

£8.33 + VAT for identification verification of the person who lacks capacity and for each proposed Deputies + Court application fees applicable at the time of making the application (currently £400) + fee to obtain medical report estimated £150 upwards set by the GP/Consultant + Surety bond estimated £250 + Bankruptcy search fee £2.00 against each proposed Deputy.

Exemption or remission of the Court application fees are available to those who are on low income or in receipt of certain means tested benefits. Our quoted fees may vary depending on complexity of case and number of Deputies
